The Franklin-Simpson Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustments has scheduled a public hearing on July 22, 2024, at 5:30 pm in the City Hall Meeting Room, at 117 West Cedar Street, Franklin, KY. Lekesha Matthews is requesting a conditional use permit that will allow her to operate a Family Care Home Business located at 3211 Blackjack Road. Anyone interested may attend this public hearing.
