A New County Clerk and PVA Office for:
Simpson County Fiscal Court

Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the New
County Clerk and PVA Office, will be received by the Owner and until 2:00 PM local time on
June 25th, 2024. The project includes acceptance of all existing site conditions (which are to be
inspected by all bidders prior to bidding) and all other general construction, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work specified in the Bid Documents dated 05/21/24.
Original, signed copies of the Bid Proposal Form must be received prior to Bid, by email, mail,
hand delivery, courier delivery or express delivery, in the office of the Simpson County Judge
Executive, Mason Barnes, at 100 Courthouse Square, Franklin, KY 42134, and by email (PDF
format) mbarnes@simpsoncounty.us Modifications of Amendments to the Base Bid amount will
be received by email, in PDF format, to the Simpson County Judge Executive at
mbarnes@simpsoncounty.us until the time for receipt of Bids.

A pre-bid is scheduled for Thursday, June 6th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Simpson County Courthouse, 100 Courthouse Square, Franklin, KY.
Bidders, having received electronic copies of the plans and specifications are responsible for all
printing costs.
