Surface and Resurface of County Roads
Simpson County Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids for bituminous concrete surface, bituminous concrete base and shouldering for fiscal year 2023-2024 until 9:00 A.M. CDT, Friday, May 26, 2023, at the office of County Judge Executive Mason Barnes at the Simpson County Historic Courthouse, P. 0. Box 242, 100 Courthouse Square, Franklin, Kentucky 42135. Specifications may be picked up at the County Judge Executive’s Office during normal business hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday or viewed at www.simpsoncountyky.gov. Materials shall meet 2023 Kentucky Department of Transportation specifications. Award will be made based on the lowest and best bid with the right to accept or reject any or all bids being expressly reserved. Simpson County Fiscal Court will also reserve the right to request bids for modified rubber asphalt during FY23-24. Simpson County Fiscal Court does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, age, marital status, gender, or disability.
