PUBLIC NOTICE
The Franklin-Simpson Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustments has scheduled a public hearing meeting on February 28, 2022, at 5:30 pm in the City Hall Meeting Room, at 117 West Cedar Street, Franklin, KY. Coty DiMichele & Lauren Martin are requesting a conditional use permit that will allow them to install and use a commercial kitchen in their residence located at 403 Sunset Circle. Anyone interested may attend this public hearing.
