PUBLIC NOTICE
The Franklin-Simpson Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing on
February 15, 2022, at 6:30 pm in the City Hall Meeting Room, 117 West Cedar Street, Franklin, KY. The Merrill R. & Ruth M. Hammons Trust are requesting zone changes as follows: (a) from I-1 (Light Industrial) to R-1S (Single Family Small Lot) for a 14.27-acre parcel and (b) from I-2 (Heavy Industrial) to R-1S (Single Family Small Lot) for a 72.18-acre parcel located northside of North Street between the existing railroad and Blackjack Road. Any interested party may attend this public hearing.
