PUBLIC NOTICE

 

The Franklin-Simpson Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustments has scheduled a public hearing on December 19, 2022, at 5:30 pm in the City Hall Meeting Room, at 117 West Cedar Street, Franklin, KY. The Franklin-Simpson Industrial Authority is requesting a variance to increase the coverage ratio to 70% to allow for future expansion of the proposed development on a parcel located along Eddings Road. Anyone interested may attend this public hearing.
