Simpson County Fiscal Court is accepting bids for the Courthouse Annex Building located at 103 West Cedar Street.
Bidders interested in viewing the building may contact the County Clerk, Austin Johnson, at 270-586-8161. Sealed bids
will be received until 10:00 a.m. March 20th, 2026, at the office of the County Judge Executive in the Simpson County
Courthouse, 100 Courthouse Square, PO Box 242, Franklin, KY 42135. Simpson County Fiscal Court reserves the right to
reject any or all bids. Simpson County does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, age, religion, marital
