• Exterior finish-Metal walls and roof.
• Interior finish- Metal covering on walls and ceiling in a 20′ X 30’room.
• 4-12’ X12’Insulated overhead garage doors.
• 2- Right-hand 3′ exterior doors.
• 1- Lefthand 3′ exterior door.
• Brick molding covered with metal on exterior doors.
• Roof trusses with 4/12 pitch on 4′ centers and 1′ overhang.
• 80′ X 6′ concrete approach aprons across the front of the building.
• 2 – 6’W X 5’D concrete door stoops attached to approach aprons on
each side of the building.
• Spray foam exterior wall and ceiling insulation, as well as the two
interior walls.
• 1-Ductless mini-split heat/air unit to accommodate a 20′ X 30’room.
• 1- Gas unit heater for open storage area.
• 56 – 8′ LED strip lights.
• 2 – Exterior lights w/photocells at entry doors.
ADDENDUM #1
- 200 Amp electric service (County will open and close service ditch)
- Natural gas line connected to building (County will open and close service ditch)

- 2- Eave can Lights outside over each overhead garage door
- 1-Wall light by both outside entry doors

- Door openers with remotes on all four overhead garage doors
